Robert Rochon is an Organization Development Consultant working with MPC.

His expertise assists clients in creating training and development solutions to meet their needs, as well as the needs of their employees.

Previous to becoming an independent consultant in 2001, Robert had extensive experience in a variety of roles at Loblaw Companies Ltd. He has been Manager of Training and Development, Director of Employment Practices and most recently Director of Human Resources Development.

As an independent consultant, Robert has a diverse range of clients including Sobeys, Enbridge Gas, Just Energy Corporation, Loblaw Companies Ltd., American Eagle, and Shoppers Drug Mart. He has also worked with a number of other organizations including Fisheries and Oceans Canada, the Toronto Star, and the Canadian Automobile Association.

Robert has been a facilitator with the Management Performance Centre since 2008. Robert delivers many of the Management Performance Centre's key workshops to various clients. Workshops include: Master of Negotiation, Personal Productivity and Time Management, Conflict Resolution Skills, Business Writing, Team Building, and Strategic Planning. In addition to the above, Robert also facilitates personal coaching and custom seminars through MPC.

Robert offers a wide range of training solutions including Presentation Skills, Leading Change, Respect in the Workplace, Leadership, Coaching, and Problem Solving.

Robert is an excellent facilitator, who has assisted many clients in developing effective action plans to further business goals.
