Ralph Krueger is a Canadian-born German former hockey player and head coach of the Buffalo Sabres.  He is a multiple sport and international business executive and has been described as a “pure genius” in his approach to coaching.

Ralph was head coach of the Swiss men's national ice hockey team from the 1997–98 season until the end of the XXI Olympic Winter Games. In 2012-13 he was a coach of the Edmonton Oilers.  In 2014, Krueger shifted from hockey to the world of soccer and became director of English Premier League team Southampton.

He is also known for his involvement in the World Economic Forum, where since 2011 he has been a Member, Global Agenda Council on New Models of Leadership. We known to be a study of leadership and its translation from sport to business. Ralph can cross the floor and is comfortable in any boardroom setting.  He speaks in his video about playing and working with out having any fear and trusting your team-mates.
