With an innate understanding of the human condition, the power of organizational culture and the importance of personal responsibility, Darrell will mesmerize your audience with thought-provoking concepts and real world takeaways guaranteed to dramatically improve the performance of any organization.

Building a Culture of Audacious Results

Imagine the audacity of a company with one small storefront declaring that a $10 billion dollar behemoth was their main competition. The results have been well documented. It took just five short years for lululemon to become Nike's number one competitor in women's wear and in 10 years, revenues from this yoga-inspired athletic wear retailer skyrocketed from $1 million to $1 billion dollars. Darrell's keynote explains how your company can build a culture to achieve these results.

The Social Impact of Business/Unreasonable Business

A believer in what's possible, an advocate for unreasonable business and passionate disrupter of the status quo, Darrell's inspiring keynotes are as entertaining as they are profound.
