The former Master Sales Trainer for a major Learning Institute, Bob would select a program and achieve certification in sales, leadership, motivation and team effectiveness programs. He then educated 90 other instructors to deliver sales training to 55,000 employees.

Using Singapore, Dubai and Ottawa as his ongoing hubs, Bob has now spoken in over 1,000 cities in over 30 countries to audiences with as many as 10,000 participants at one event. His main area of expertise is Sales Velocity and it is supported by his Management Program which includes leadership, motivation and team effectiveness. His sales training method is engaging, empowering, enjoyable and dynamic. He not only rewards participants for their involvement, but he demonstrates appropriate work place behaviours and sets an example for all to follow.
