Prior to joining the Bell Media family, Kate was the sports anchor at Rogers TV Durham. She was TSN’s Olympic Morning Co-Host for the London 2012 Games, and also hosted NCAA March Madness 2012 and the Kraft Celebration Tour in 2011 and 2012.

It was the story that rocked the 2002 Winter Olympics and directed the world’s gaze to figure skating.

Canadian champions Jamie Salé and David Pelletier finished second to Elena Berezhnaia and Anton Sikharulidze by the narrowest of margins in the Olympic figure skating pairs final. The Russians were brilliant that evening, but Salé and Pelletier were even better, as close to perfect as could be with their classic Love Story free program. The International Olympic Committee upgraded their silver to a second gold after a public uproar, ensuing controversy, and an investigation revealed that a judge had succumbed to pressure to vote for the Russian pair instead.

In his time at TSN, he has also hosted NBA, CFL, NFL, PGA golf, and Sportscentre.

Miller first called hockey games for TSN in 1993 at the Men’s World Hockey Championship, which was quickly followed by play-by-play action for TSN’s coverage of the NHL, IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships, World Cup of Hockey, Women’s World Hockey Championships, Memorial Cups and the Olympics.

Glen Suitor

Growing up in Fort St. John, British Columbia, he gave the province a recognizable face and a name that everyone got to know in Vancouver at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.

Already an Olympic silver medalist in the Team Pursuit from the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Torino, he came into the 2010 Olympics looking to move up the podium in two individual races – the 1500m and the 1000m – and the Team Pursuit.
