Jamie Gruman earned his Ph.D. in the Applied Social Psychology Program at the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada, where he specialized in organizational psychology. He is currently a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Guelph, and is the founding Chair of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association. His research and writing have been reported by media outlets around the globe.
