After playing for the New York Rangers, Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins, PJ Stock retired from the NHL and turned his hand to sports broadcasting.

Stock debuted on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada as a panel member for The Hot Stove segment hosted by Ron MacLean in 2007. The following year, he handled scores and highlights between doubleheader programming. In 2011, he began co-hosting HNIC's Game Day on Saturdays at 5pm.

Stock is also known for his love of cheap neckties, and was a participant in the second season of the CBC's Battle of the Blades, where he competed with Russian figure skater Violetta Afanasieva.
