Merge customizes every single keynote or seminar to fit the unique needs and challenges of specific audiences. Merge knows that the successful leader's toolkit contains many tools, and mastering the use of these tools requires more in-depth study and practice. So she offers several workshops and breakout sessions that focus on specific areas of challenge faced by managers as they continue their growth and development into masterful leaders. Each can be presented as a follow-up session to an opening keynote at a conference, or as a stand-alone learning workshop in an organization.
