Kathy Buckworth is a mother of four kids, who only has two hands, and one of them is usually holding a glass of Chardonnay. She is also an award-winning writer, television personality and public speaker, with numerous publishing credits in both national and local magazines and newspapers. The Secret Life of SuperMom was published in 2005, by U.S. publisher, Sourcebooks, and has been published in Chinese, Indonesian, and Polish. SuperMom: A Celebration of All You Do was released in April, 2006. Journey to the Darkside: SuperMom Goes Home was published by Key Porter in April, 2007, and was nominated for the 2008 Stephen Leacock Medal of Humour. The BlackBerry Diaries: Adventures in Modern Motherhood was released in April, 2009, by Key Porter, to rave reviews. Her book, Shut Up & Eat: Tales of Chicken, Children & Chardonnay was released by Key Porter in March, 2010.

Buckworth is the only two-time winner of the Excellence in Humour Writing Award, (2006, 2008) presented by the Professional Writers Association of Canada. She writes regular columns for ParentsCanada, The Women's Post, and Health & Harmony. Her monthly column, "Funny Mummy" appears on over 25 websites across Canada, the U.S. and New Zealand, as well as in print. Kathy is a featured expert on Slice Network's "Birth Days" and is the regular parenting expert on severa; national TV networks.

Kathy has career experience as a senior marketing professional in financial institutions, telecommunications, and consumer products markets, as well as public relations, public speaking and extensive promotional experience. She also serves on the board of the Toronto Symphony Volunteer Committee.

In her presenetations, Kathy helps Moms everywhere laugh and realize that balance is just something you need to do while putting on your peep-toe heels. And holding that glass of Chardonnay.
