David Ticoll is a consultant, researcher and policy adviser with interests in competitiveness, globalization, business model innovation, the changing workforce, and transparency. Ticoll is a Research Fellow at the Knowledge Media Design Institute of the University of Toronto and has been a Director of the Information Technology Association of Canada since 1998.
